Located in the Elgin Valley, South Hill Vineyards is the home of the new restaurant, Gordon Manuel @ The Venue, headed up by Chef, Gordon Manuel. Gordon's style of cooking is based in the traditional French methods which he will be mixing with the superb produce that the Overberg region has to offer. It is the aim of the chef to use as much locally grown produce in order to truly capture the Elgin valley in his cuisine. The menus are set to be small and seasonal, yet spontaneous offering the client a little something different each time. There will be more on offer however, as Gourmet food and wine evenings will also take place, were food and wine are paired together to give the ultimate dinning experience. This is when Gordon comes into his own and shows his true talent of paring the two together. To add a third ingredient to the mix, Red! The Gallery will also be displaying their fine art in the Venue. Superb food with great wine and fine art, a recipe for success.

The restaurant will also be available for functions, celebrations, weddings or any other event, private or corporate that can be hosted. With you own personal Chef located on your own private wine farm in one of the most spectacular locations in the Overberg region, your event is guaranteed to be a success and hassle free!
